PineApp is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. We collect the following information: names and e-mail address from those who email us, information users voluntarily provide through registration, and user-specific information on files visited, the time spent in each file, and the time and date of each visit. We also collect certain technical information, including Internet Protocol addresses, Internet domain names, and the web browser and operating system used to access the PineApp web site.

Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us. This can usually be done by emailing the PineApp webmaster.
Our users are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of receiving additional information in the form of newsletters or promotional materials at the point where we ask for the information. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials may opt-out of receiving these communications by following the instructions listed at the bottom of the newsletter.
